Henry T. (Hank) Edmondson III is award-winning, Carl Vinson Professor of Political Science and Public Administration (Emeritus) at Georgia College and State University. He has lectured widely in the U.S., Europe, Taiwan, and China and has served as a visiting professor in Beijing and Guatemala.
