Vanessa Lopez lives in Southern California with her husband and five sons, whom she homeschools. She earned degrees in English literature from Stanford University and in biblical studies and theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, where she started as a Protestant and finished as a Catholic. Vanessa is a trained catechist in all three levels of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, coordinates a local Catholic women’s book club, and has published several theological essays.
