Alex Taylor is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Russell Kirk Center for Cultural Renewal. He has taught at Christendom College, where he was Assistant Professor of Literature, and at the University of Dallas, where he was Cowan Fellow for Criticism, and where he received his Ph.D. in Literature from its multidisciplinary Institute for Philosophic Studies. He has published reviews of fiction, nonfiction, and film as well as essays and poetry (translations and original lyrics) in various magazines, including the National Catholic Register, Word on Fire’s Evangelization and Culture Online, Front Porch Republic, Presence: A Journal of Catholic Poetry, Dappled Things, Law & Liberty, The European Conservative, and The American Conservative.
