2025 Milestones

After praying 90,000 Rosaries in the month of May last year, with the occasion of our 25th anniversary, we asked our followers to do it again and surpassed 100,000 Rosaries this year for the return of those who have left the faith.

We released the fifth volume of the Word on Fire Bible, containing the books of 1 and 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Tobit, Judith, Esther, and 1 and 2 Maccabees. We are now more than halfway through the production of this groundbreaking Bible series. Learn more
In May, Bishop Barron made a journey to Rome to cover the conclave electing Pope Leo XIV, the first American pope. He spoke with NBC, CBS, EWTN, and a variety of other news outlets, reflecting on this historic and moving event in the Church’s life. Learn more
Word on Fire published 34 books this year, including The Story of All Stories: A Story Bible for Young Catholics and the second edition of Bishop Barron’s Catholicism.

Bishop Barron and Word on Fire’s Production team traveled to France over the summer to record the next documentary film on five French Gothic cathedrals, which will be launched sometime in 2026. Learn more
Our donor-supported Works of Mercy Fund gave us the ability to distribute more than 3,700 rosaries, 1,800 DVDs, 19,000 books, and 4,200 Bibles to recipients in 27 states, including military bases in the US and overseas—an incredible example of the power our donors have to help bring Jesus to the world. Bishop Barron’s YouTube reached two million subscribers in 2025! Since posting his first video back in 2007, a review of the movie The Departed, the channel has reached countless people with the Gospel message. Learn more
