The "Conceived by the Holy Spirit" design features The Nativity painting by Domenico Ghirlandaio with the text, "He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary," taken from  the Apostles Creed. The interior of the card carries this message:

The card is vertical, 5"x7" folded, and there are 20 cards with white, sealable envelopes in each box.
