REPORTS TO: Operations Director

Individual is responsible for the marketing of all Word on Fire products and sales initiatives. This position will have a heavy emphasis on digital marketing.

Responsibilities include, but are noT limited to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, which should include planning of web, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm new products
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Manage marketing presence at conferences and events


  • 3+ Years of digital marketing experience or commensurate experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong copy writing skills
  • Experience or basic understanding of email automations
  • Experience or basic understanding in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook Ad campaigns
  • Experience or basic understanding of optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytic skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to attend various conferences and events
  • Strong computer & social media skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
