Why don't I See my subscription content on the Member Dashboard?

How do I purchase and redeem a subscription?

How can I share videos or documents with others?

How do I purchase multiple licenses and share them with my group?

What devices can I use to view my subscription resources?

You can access the content on any device that allows you to browse the Internet, including almost all computers, phones, and tablets.

Can I download subscription content to my computer or mobile device?

The answer is "Yes!" for any documents associated with your subscription (such as PDFs), but the video and audio content can only be accessed through online streaming. This means you can enjoy the content in your home, parish, or anywhere with Internet access, but we currently don't allow downloading the content to your device. This is for several reasons, but mostly due to the size of the video and audio files and for security measures.

How long do I get access to my subscription content?

It depends on each resource. If the subscription for your resource involves a monthly or annual licensing fee, you have access as long as you keep paying the fee. If you choose not to renew, or if you cancel the subscription, you will no longer have access. However, if the subscription involves a one-time charge, you have lifetime access!

For the CATHOLICISM: School Enrichment program, what if the lesson I want to use is not covered in the list for the grade that I’m teaching?

You can use any video in the middle school or high school bundle for any grade of your choosing. Please look at all the lessons for the whole bundle when you need enrichment material. Topics for high school grades were listed according the USCCB framework and for middle school, according to the Archdiocese of New York’s middle school curriculum guide.

What is wrong if the video loads slowly (buffering)?

When we upload a video, it is compressed multiple versions of the video are created to be compatible with the user’s device (computer vs. phone) and Internet speed. This limits buffering to less than ten seconds. If it's taking a lot longer, it's almost certainly a problem with your computer or Internet server/speed.
