I used to ask this same question about prayer. How do I know that God hears my prayers? I knew when I found that I was changing, the people who I was praying for were getting by, and I was growing closer to Him each and every time we were in conversation . This is true about the Eucahrist. It brings you and Jesus closer, immediately. You may not notice it, but it's happening. Just know, and have faith.
